This is the first finished Morat Vanguard from the Combined Army starter set.  I'll call him Trajan.

Almost finished- just need to fix up the OSL

Yes I had some embarassing moments- like gluing the wrong pair of arms onto 2 miniatures.  Hence some of their odd poses.  Still, even with that they are looking totally mean as a Yaogat fire-team.  I still have to a clean up of the miniatures- with their weapon vents and their central power 'stone'- before varnishing.  However, I was so struck by how good they look (as a team) I had to post theses photos.

Tried the plasma gun effect on the... ?plasma gun.  Looks OK.  I'm waiting for some ultra highlight paints to arrive from Games Workshop before I do the final drybrush.

For the uninitiated, this is a 28mm science fiction model from a game called "Infinity."

He is a "Morat" which is a kind of angry space monkey.  Let's call him Caesar after that evil chimp from Planet of the Apes.
